      The Communications System ( POTS -Plain Old Telco System, Wireless GSM. CDMA, TDMA, ANALOG, MICROWAVE & Satellite  all have different manufactures & parts than the Lighting & Monitoring System. In today's market separate systems work together to meet your Site monitoring requirements.

 POTS  Test gear & the identity of your provider & trouble shooting # for the creation of a trouble ticket is appropriate.  Sometimes its the satellite provider  ( like Orbcom) that is the communications  failure with your Site.
